Briefly
we want to say, it's not whinging, honestly it's just trying to explain
that
as
we
have briefly mentioned on the Why / About page we have
personally had severe issues
with our mail......(somewhere at source, or
even external, but never have we
contemplated this as having
anything to do with the
general hardworking postal worker our thoroughly
nice regular and
occasional posties).... and
much important mail has gone astray.
Therefore

We recommend
you contact us
first by e-mail as at least by this method you will know we
have
received your
message by the automated
response. This is the
best method as if we are then
expecting your regular mail we will be
aware
if it does not arrive. We cannot be responsible for not
responding to your
contact if you do not use this method. It is due
to not receiving
important notices and lack of, or false communications resulting in
dire
circumstances that led us to this situation for
which we must say, we are grateful for.
When
you
contact us
by e-mail you should receive an automatic response if you do not, this is
most
probably because we did not receive your mail so please try again we
will
respond as soon as possible.
We simply want to ensure,
due to
known
and personal
issues with communication services, that we receive your
