Terms
and
ConditionsP
1.
THE PRIZE COMPETITION
:
For
which THERE IS
NO MONEY COST
TO THE ENTRANT TO PLAY OR BE NOTIFIED OR RECEIVE THE PRIZE but
that requires the successful answer to any relevant day's daily
question.... (and there is, relevant only to daily selected entrants /
potential finalists, a weekly
question)... is this Prize Competition operated by the Promoters, as
named further below, and to which these
Terms
and Conditions Apply, whereby the Entrants may submit from 1 up to
20 FREE entries....., ( 1 each through any or all
of the 20 per day FREE ENTRY routes throughout the
site)....... on any daily or more basis.
Any appropriate
to
`that day,` daily question must be correctly answered in order to
obtain further opportunities
of (a) to be entered into a subsequent
weekly stage in further order to (b) gain the opportunity to
become the FINAL PRIZE competition Winner.
There
are 20 Daily Entry routes that result in selections proceeding into
Weekly `Second stage` entry route weekly stages, (if relevant due to
being selected from a daily competition ), that are to be entered
by the a date deadline of usually no less than one week AFTER the
relevant previous Mon - Sun relevant Daily entry route
period. (a full week after the close of any weekly section is simply to
allow the, for example, Sunday daily finalists a full week to enter
their relevant weekly final)
From each of these weekly competition processess One successful entrant will be chosen to be in THE
FINAL.
2.
This
entry process,
to take
advantage of any daily, weekly and final stage opportunity
to become a daily, weekly or final stage finalist. is
through the means of visiting this website
www.winahouseforfree,com.
(a)
( the promoters
reserve
the right to alter any aspect of this Prize Competition if
circumstances beyond the
promoters control, whether legal or technical or other, deem it
necessary)..
3.
Once the
daily question has been answered correctly through one route entrants
may
simply repeat the entry process through the remaining routes using the same answer (there
are up to 20 per day) Entrants cannot try again
through an
`already entered` route.
(a) ( the promoters reserve
the right to alter any aspect of the Prize Competition entry route
system if circumstances
beyond the promoters control, whether legal, technical or
other
deem it
necessary) By way of, but not limited
to, example only, if any error,
act,
omission or other factor
allowed more than
20 entries per day or for further example
only allowed only 3
entries per day
then again this would
not affect that daily random
selection unless the
promoters are aware And
decide
to halt, suspend or reallocate
that
daily Prize Competition
route therefore such would be accepted as
that Daily Prize
Competition entry route quota
as
normal.)
4.
On
successfully becoming a Daily Prize Competition, `selected
entrant / potential finalist ` (of which
there are 20 each day,
1 from each entry route) any such selected entrant gains nothing more than the
opportunity to enter the next and `weekly` stage subject to
both the given time
scale (as detailed below) and answering the Weekly Final question
correctly to gain entry to `only that relevant week's` Weekly Final of
the Prize Competition, from which if the entrant is again the
successful
selected entrant / potential finalist of that Weekly Final stage that
entrant is entered
automatically into THE FINAL for the opportunity to
become, The Final Prize Winner of The Intended
Prize or the Substituted Prize Fund
(only one Weekly selected entrant Finalist per week is successful
for automatic entry into the Final therefore there
will be 21 finalists only.
(a)
There are 21 weeks of each seven day period Mon -
Sun )
to the Prize Competition daily
Entry routes and
selection process therefore there is expected to be 21 finalists, one
from each week.
Additional
(a1) Due to
circumstances beyond our control there have been added daily temporary
competitions whilst the main competition has been halted temporarily
this will not effect there being only 21 actual finalists
(b)

week is each relevant week one, week two etc, seven day Mon - Sun

other act, omission error of any kind result in, not
an entrant's details but `nothing or
indistinguishable
details` that cannot be found
to be identifiable to
an entrant making it impossible to obtain a
successful selection at first
attempt then a second attempt to obtain a successful entrant
would occur up
to a number of three attempts after which if such still continued to
occur then no more attempts to obtain a finalist from that
Route would happen that from day's.or weekly route .therefore
this
may
result in no entry to The Final through such route but this would not
halt or prevent any other daily or weekly selection process entrants
being entered into the final.
